Online system does not work as they say

I have been using pnp online orders for many years. They are okay... and very useful. Sadly I really needed them today and they cancelled my order and they claimed that there is a way to re-instate. After following their steps from their email AND there web site AND their call centre I found that it's not true.

Under the MyPNP menu one can see "My current orders" and the words on the page say "or the 'Cancel order'€™ button if you want to cancel an order " BUT there is no cancel order button.... whilst the email and person claim my order is cancelled there is no way (as they say) to re-order or get the "list" of items ordered into a "new order" without starting from scratch.

It's very sad that theyt seem adamant that this is not true, although the evidence that I have shows that it is. Unfortunately I can't take this to court since my "current orders" still seem to include one for today and one for 9 months ago.. which is clearly not the case.

Please pnp, especially Ms Cindi Selepe who a) was laughing at me on the phone and b) promised me that if the order was there it will be cancelled within an hour and c) did not follow up and disappeared from being able to be contacted...

Good day Alan,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us and to view your concerns.

Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused to you.

Once an order payment fails the order is cancelled however might take a little while to update on the website. A cancelled order would move from current order to previous purchases.

You need to select to display the order from previous purchases, then click on select all, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on add to trolley. All items from your cancelled order will be added to your trolley provided that the store has stock of the item.

You can proceed to continue shopping and to select a new delivery date and time slot for your new order. We hope that the above information assists you when placing your future orders.

We will address the service received by the consultant with the relevant management team.

Kind regards.
