Online Store service is pathetic
<p>I placed an order on the 25th July 2017, the delivery time was scheduled for Saturday 29th at 1pm. I received no communication that the delivery will not take place. Its now the 04th August and i still havent received any feedback. I call everyday and the call centre agents advise that the call is going to be escalated but nothing happens. </p> <p>My Order number is ********** .</p>
