Online site is a disaster ...

Online site is an utter disaster!

I have a smart shopper but can't log in as my number has changed. No option to update and you have my flipping ID and details!?

Searching for clothing k line and keep getting groceries, what the hell, why can that not be a simple search?

This is not the first time either I have been trying for ages. I just want to see your range of clothes.

Site is also not mobile friendly. With company resources one would think that would never be an issue.

Employ a team that actually knows what they are doing please for heaven sakes.
