Online Shopping web Application inadequate.

Your web application for online shopping is poor. (1) I cannot complete my delivery address, because your selection lists for suburb and street is incomplete. (2) I want to change the passport number for identification, but your application doesn't make provision for it. (3) By experimentation discovered, that you can type in decimals as quantities for fresh produce. There are no instructions in this regard. (4) I would like to use my wife's Smart Shopper card. There is no provision for Smart Shopper card numbers on the profile update facility. I worked on on some of the largest systems for banks etc. This is poor. I suggest that you also make provision for GPS coordinates on the delivery address. Please send this to your IT manager. This application of yours, is a roadblock for e-commerce.
