Online shopping Terrible customer service Part 2
<p>I have been trying to order items online since last week - the system kept saying "NOT AVAILABLE" - so - i tried again today to order online.I ordered what i could for our company and when i tried to process the payment - it continually failed. I called the customer careline and after being on the phone for over 1/2 - 3/4 hour, i was told that the order could not be processed as all the delivery slots for this week are full. Are you kidding me!!!!! It is TUESDAY today and i want to book for next monday and CANNOT book??! ! So now, i have to call first thing on monday and hope to God that the delivery slots are not completely booked again - i am utterly furious that your systems are soooo bad that i cannot get what i am willing to pay for. You can book a delivery slot for next week as the slots for next week is open and available on the website.
