Online shopping nightmare

Hi There

I am very disappointed with your online shopping platform. You have the laptop bundle for R4500 and when i select this and store collect no stock. Went in again to have it delivered and the price increased from R4500 to R4999 in a space of 3 minutes. Chose the one for R4999 , loaded CC details told to collect at Woodmead then system says no stock. Now when I log in all laptop deals have vanished. Your call centre is not helpfull at all , waiting for a manager to call me.
