Online shopping nightmare
Ordered groceries on line after receiving an email from Pick n Pay with load shedding deals. <br> My credit card was debited for goods meant to arrive the next day. Delivery day arrives and a third<br> of the groceries arrive. After phonecalls and emails to no avail am left with no choice but to report terrible <br> service and still unexplained and still no credit for items not delivered. Pick n Pay have lost a loyal shopper!.
