Online shopping nightmare

I place my very 1st online shopping order and ticked the appropriate available delivery times for Saturday 5pm.<br> At 3.45 on that same Saturday, I received a phone call from Mr Delivery, stating that they don't do deliveries after 3pm on a Saturday and that they will only be able to deliver on the Monday. The Mr Delivery lady gave me the name of a contact person to phone, as I said I needed my merchandise before the week. I then, as the customer had to phone around- eventually managed to speak to Nomkolisi. I wanted to cancel my order, but that could only be processed on Sunday. I asked if I cou?ld just come and fetch it myself.She said, yes,I could come and collect on Sunday morning at Retail park,I confirmed and asked in \Beacon Bay"(as the background was a bit ****led sounding) to which she responded yes.Fast forward to Sunday morning. at Retail park nobody knew anything. I then phoned to only be told that the order is to be collected at Vincent Park!Then I cancelled my order again"
