Online shopping leaves much to be desired...

I recently ordered my groceries online for the first time (and chose PNP to do so) & the whole process has been very disappointing. I registered a time slot and they completely neglected to show up... A day later I called the call-center to inquire as to what was going on, and they kept me on hold for 20 minutes while they were trying to figure it out. They were running massively behind schedule & completely forgot to update me. When the groceries eventually got delivered it was 4 items short & they promised to deliver these within 72 hours. 3 Days later I called the call-center again, was put on hold for 18 minutes while they were trying to figure out what was happening. It is now 1 week after the order was placed & I still have not received the 4 items which have been paid for in full. And I guess I will have to call the Call-center again :-(

Thanks Vanitha - also, you cant expect clients to hold on the line while the operator tries to get hold of the driver on the other end. In all, I almost spent an hour of my time on the phone while your team was trying to figure out what was going on. Perhaps take the call, log a reference number & call/email the customer back.
