Online shopping is useless
This is the second time that I have tried to use the online shopping. My account was debited, a delivery slot confirmed and then no shopping arrived. Same as last time. It is 3 days later now and I would just like my money back so I can go and shop for the food I need. But no one answers the call centre or email.
