Online shopping is a waste of time

Ordering online is such a disappointment. "Fresh" milk that is best before the next day, on a Friday. Vegetables that are use on the day of the order and already looking off. I tried calling their support line, which just rings, and eventually tells you their operating hours, but I called an hour before closing. Eventually took to social media, got some copy and paste response, asking for some details. A week later, another message asking for more details. Total waste of time.
