Online Shopping

I recently tried online shopping with Pick 'n Pay. At first I was very impressed at how quick and easy it was to order, rectify your order and pay just before it is meant to be delivered. Then the order arrives... Invoices stated the correct quantity, yet there is a lot missing from the order. I have sent to emails and to no avail. Very poor customer service!
