Online shopping delivery a no go

You always think that such a big company will go out of their way to help a customer but no not in Herm****. I called a week ago and talk to the Online shopping manager and asked her if it would be possible to extend their delivery service from Kleinmond to Bettys Bay only once a month for my parents that are 84 years old. She took my contact number and said she needs to talk to another manager and will phone me back. Needless to say ...that didn't happen. I called back 3 days later just to hear that the answer is no without any reason....so much for client service!!!
