Online shopping complaint

First time I make use of Pick n Pay Online shopping. Ordered on Thursday evening. Delivery supposed to take place today, Saturday 20t March 2021, between 9h00 and 13h00. Nothing. Called call centre at 15h00. To investigate, will take 24 hours. Worst of all, the shop is less than a km from my home!
