Online Shopping - Charge you more than on your order

I am very displeased with your online shopping service.

I placed my order online yesterday and the amount on the order came to R2077.25 including the delivery. The payment has just gone off my account but the amount is now R2158.77??? This is NOT the amount that was on my order. This is now the second time this has happened.

How can you show one amount and charge another without first informing the customer of the changes and confirming if they are willing to accept the changes? Do I need to lay a charge of ***** against you?

This online service is supposed to be easier but all its done is make one VERY Irritated customer. I will not use your shopping platform again. I am tempted to just cancel my order and just go shopping at your competitors.

This will be the last time I do my monthly shopping with Pick n Pay. I would rather shop at Checkers or Spar as the price you see is the price you pay, clearly not the case in Pick n Pay.

And they are usually cheaper too!
