Online shopping a waste of time and money

Pick 'n Pay online shopping Black Friday specials fail. We opted to collect from Northgate Hyper. The collection point turned out to be around the back of the store. My wife was told that the frozen items were not available because they had been left out in the sun! There was no option to get fresh stock from inside the store, because "this is a separate business" from PnP. We had to call the Online Shopping helpline to request the refund. Almost a week later, after 2 follow ups, we are still waiting.
