Online shopping a total disaster with Pick and Pay

This is now the third time that I have ordered on line and been totally disappointed.<br> Half of my order for basic foodstuff was not delivered and I placed the order last weekend so they had more than enough time to prepare the order for today (Thursday). It's extremely annoying because some of the items were ordered for a dinner party this evening. Pick and Pay you are losing customers, please get your house in order!!! I will not be doing business with you again!
