Online shopping a dissapointment for the 2nd time

This was the second time I attempted online shopping with Pick N Pay. The first attempt saw stale donuts being delivered to me with my order together with substitutions which I had clearly stated no dairy and full cream hot chocolate was sent to me.<br> The second time I was sent 3 x sticky Soya Milk cartons which were expiring in less than a week! The cartons were so sticky that I had to throw them away. I was also charged for shopping bags which I did not receive.<br> I sent a customer survey back with my grievances but have had no response.<br> For a R75 delivery fee you expect so much more but I will not be shopping online again with Pick N Pay.
