Online shopping a bust!

If you thinking about doing your shopping online and collecting it at your store-think again! The whole online shopping process from start to end is a mess. Other retailers offer hassle free online shopping which allows you to pay for your shopping on the day of collection but not at pick and pay and definitely not at the useless william nicol branch. When pick n pay without contacting me cancelled my online order i phoned the collection store only to be transferred to a cellphone voicemail box. I phoned again and even though they phoned me back no one helped me to resolve the issue which was whether i could collect my order even though it was cancelled. As a regular customer i will most certainly be looking to do my monthly shopping elsewhere.
