Online shopping!!! A bad bad idea!!!!

I decided to try PnP online shopping as I prefer to shop online than visit a store. Firstly, the delivery was on time & great. However, after having gone through nearly 40 items I realised almost 8 items were not delivered! All frozen goods! I emailed customer care with no response 3 days later! I would not recommend online shopping to anyone from PnP, some stuff isnt delieverd so you need to visit a shop anyway. The concept is pointless as the hassel of complaining is frustrating. Likewise, they substitute flavours which is annoying and frankly if you wanted that flavour that is what you would have ordered.
