Online Shopping

This was THE worst experience I have ever had.

Being nine months pregnant I decided to use online shopping with Pick n Pay as it is supposed to be easy and convenient. Well it has been nothing but painful, I would rather stand in a line for an hour and risk covid than buying online again.

They delivered my order, out of thirty two items ordered only seven items arrived. Then they have also debited my account twice and after six logged queries and nine call centre calls (over twenty minutes each) I am still waiting to be refunded. I have been waiting two weeks now.

When will I get my money?
