Placed a online order ***, the transaction went through my account at 12:53am on the 30/11/2015. The delivery arrived at home at 7:30 pm, the problem is now that NONE of my fridge or freezer items was in a cooler box it was all placed in normal food crates with one small ice pack, all my frozen goods was hot and the ice cream was water, not a single freezer item was cold. If this is the sort of online operation you run it will most definitely not buy from p&
