I would like to give big applause to PicknPay Online delivery person. Sorry for not writing down his name, maybe he said Andre. I booked the delivery slot for the 5 of August 2019 between 2-3 pm. In around 4.30 pm I received a call from customer centre about delivery will be delayed due to one of the trucks break down. Apparently the person that was doing delivery asked the customer online centre to give me a call. When delivery finally arrived it was so well organised by bins numbers making check out of the items an easy task in contrast to my previous online deliveries. Well done To Pick n Pay Online Delivery Service and especially to the person that delivered my order for such improvement. Kind Regards, Rita Waisberg
