I order goods on 13/01/18 and received most of the goods for the exception of 4 items.

reference number: ********** 877 (22/01/18)

I called again 06/02/18) and was informed that itr had been escalated.

How long does it take to get 4 items re-delivered? its nearly a month later!!

Please just refund the money back. im not wsiting another month to have goods delievered. will definitely not use the service again!!
