Online Shopping
Website is not very user friendly at all. When one searches it doesn't give you your exact search first. Took ages to place my order, once I did I found I couldn't book a delivery date. Phoned the call centre, both ladies(one lady's name was Panal) that assisted me were incredibly helpful in explaining that booking is closed until next week Thursday as the site is changing payment options. WHY is this not mentioned as I logged onto the site or started shopping???
This was my very first time online shopping at Pick n Pay, will definitely be the last time
