<p>How sad to revert to social media to perhaps get reaction?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a problem with online shopping in that I cannot change an order once placed. It refuses to save the order again. It keeps on giving an "error - contact the administrotor" message. For two months now I endeavored to contact them at customer support and even their website. Except for an automated ref. ********** 976 number, no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do they still exist?? Anyone knows?</p>

Been a week now and still waiting. The problem is still existing and I received no communication from PnP.
My only alternative is to cancel the previous order and create a new one. Which I hope will also cancel the delivery booking. Else I am going to use all of them up.
