Online shopping

<p>My online order has just been delivered. Order ********** . Half of the items was not delivered (no stock!) without prior notice. The 30 tray eggs expires in 3 days. My specific instruction was to use Montana Hyper PnP but yet they still used onother shop. Order was not delivered according to the time specified (which questions the availability of someone at home and cost of delivery). I asked for no substitutes but yet they still did. This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life! I don't understand why an items are available online but then due shops availability. Due to this experience i will never ever buy groceries online again! I don't recomend it to anyone.</p>
