Online shop

First time shopping online at Pick and Pay clothing. They do false advertising online. They mark some items online that if you buy two of a certain item you receive them for a lower price or discounted price. When I checked out and paid for my order, the discount was not app****. I have emailed them, also tried to sort it out over the phone.

I also asked for them to rather cancel my order and refund me due to lack of service and really disapointed by the false advertising but with zero feedback from anyone.
