Online service is atroshish & it's not the first time

I have placed an order for a decent value and as usual there's an issue with the Pick n pay payment portal when i want to change the address as i have moved houses. This is highly annoying as one doesn't want to lose the time slot indicated. I am so over utlising pick n pay's online services as when they also deliver, the food which should be frozen is in fact warm as they do not put enough ice into their containers and then the guys somewhere along the line sit in the sun. I have placed an online order with Woolworths and changed the address with NO fuss or hassels, come on Pick n pay, i've always supported you but this is becoming tiring. I then call the call centre and someone picks up and i hear the people talking, then i'm cut off... so either she decided to not take the call or it is just something which does seem to take place in a call centre... very sad to start the new year off like this.
