ONLINE SERVICE IS A WASTE OF TIME
i placed an order online this morning 19/04 and after I checked out my items and paid I realized all items that were on special have reflected the normal prices, i received an email advising they received my order and I can amend this order until 01:00 on Monday 19 April 2021, when I try to amend the order their system doesnt allow me to. I then call their customer care line and from8.30 to 9.21 i am on hold, no agent has picked up my call, i then tried to chat to someone via their whatsapp number, no response for the last half hour. This is so unprofessional compared to WW,

19 Apr 2021, 17:03The customer care line is hopeless***) rings continuously. the watsapp number***) you cannot chat to an agent and although I have sent a message on there from as early as 9.00am I have not received any feedback since. Do something about us customers getting through to your customer care lines as we get no assistance. you only have staff responding via email( ***). Maybe employ more staff to assist with your high call volumes.
