Online purchase ****

I did an online purchase of the black Friday special for Nescafe Gold 2 for R130 purchase went through including delivery and it even indicated that the delivery was dropped off then they said they couldn't get hold of me. After wards I receive a message saying my delivery fee will be refunded and then 7 days for my initial purchase price. I want my product not the refund. False hope
