Online promotion issue? No response after 5 requests
An online promotion for L'Avenir and Le Bonheur wine is being run with a potential entry to a competition. You purchase 2 bottles to get an entry. I purchased 2 bottles on 19 June at 11:48 but got no confirmation via the wine club or sms. How do I know if I have got an entry? I have sent 5 requests to the online promotion email and received no response as yet. I would be very unhappy if I was the winery behind the promotion which seems to be not running very well. And as a customer who isn't getting what is offered. So either it isn't running properly or the wines aren't correctly listed. One way or another not a good performance.

03 Jul 2023, 16:05So I bought 2 bottles today of the L'Avenier Stellenbosch Classic at 11:38 at the Heathway store. There is nothing on the till slip registering an entry and no sms as yet. So the system does not seem to be working as you suggest. Please advise.
