Online Orders

I have been trying for two days now to get an online order processed. I have spend R110 airtime and I keep on getting transferred from PnP to RCS then back to PnP then back to RCS etc.

I tried the WhatsApp option. The consultant was clueless at one stage actually telling me that "maybe you should try to clear you browser history?" and that's the last I heard from her.

I ONLY buy at PnP but this kind of thing will make me leave.
