Online orders are too much of a stress

I ordered clothes online at Pick n Pay clothing and wanted to return the items so I could get a refund. I went to the store in Christian village in Hillcrest. They said they couldn't give me a refund because I didn't have my credit card with me which is nonsense because she could have taken my card details to do my refund. So, they gave me a gift card I do not want a gift card but want my money back in my account. Horrible service.
