Online ordered not delivered

Placed a order 31/3/2026 at 6pm online. Received a message saying eta between 7pm and 730pm. No delivery was made Received a message at 730pm delayed. I sat with my door open till 830pm, woke up this morning to the same message. I am angry this is the second time in over a month it's happened. If I cancel i must wait 5-7 business days for my money which I will only receive after the 7th April due to holidays in between I needed these items this is why it was ordered now I sit without my money and goods
