Online order not received
I made an online purchase, made the payment and received a time and date for delivery, but never received my order. Now I do not have food for the kids. I asked for a refund, but that will take days before it reflects in my bank account and in the mean time I cant buy food. Only after the delivery time expired I receiced a sms, not a call, a sms that my order will not be delivered. I will never shop at Pick n Pay again.

01 Apr 2020, 08:31Why did I even bother booking an open slot, if Pick n Pay cant honour it? They did not even provide me with an alternative date and time? I had to go out to the shops last night to purchase half of the stuff that is on my Pick n Pay shopping list. All PnP does is give a short appology and I have to happy with that. No ways! I wlll post remarks on Facebook too.

01 Apr 2020, 11:08Today I received the order, but half of items not delivered, all the vegetables, fruit, freezer food, milk, bread rolls and the free Handy Andy sample not delivered. The important stuff. Still full amount debited though.
