Online order never delivered

I ordered groceries on the PnP app and 4 hours later the order was not delivered and on the app it was showing that the order was delivered. I called the PnP mall of Africa multi of times without help. The guy who answered promised to deliver our order himself and he went missing as well after telling us that the order is still in the store.
