Online order missing stock

Tried out pickandpay black Friday online shopping portal..

I ordered significant amount of stock and when delivered 2 x 1 litre liqui fruit juice was given short.

I phoned in and wrote it on the invoice but to date no compensation for my stock which I paid for.

This is tantamount to theft of goods paid for.

I phoned customer care and no further correspondence.

For a company that champions itself with service and integrity this is really very disappointing.
