Online order is bad

I ordered baby NAPPYS that is on a special never received my order and when you contact them that just throw it back and say sorry out of stock but when you go online to order it don’t show out of stock I feel this online NOT WORKING EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK. Place my order on Sunday and still nothing still waiting for them Very bad service
