Online Order Dismay
To be honest I'm not sure they deserve even 1 star. My brother lives in the UK and placed an order online as a Christmas surprise to be delivered on the 22 December. Needless to say we are here on the 10th Jan with no order and no feedback. As I did not place the order they will not assist me on the phone. He tried to call but the international line had an issue and he keeps emailing, with the same response we have re escalated with the store. Come on you are a massive company how hard is it to control this process and just get back to someone with an actual explanation.

12 Feb 2024, 09:39And im back again still nothing from Pick n Pay and we now in 2024. How can they keep going on like this. if i send an email to customer care I get the same response to say they are addressing it! Can somebody please have the decency to get back to my brother or myself without the aid of a generic response................
