ONLINE ORDER DELAYS

I am extremely annoyed and disappointed, I placed an order at 13:30 untill this very second it shows "order being prepared". It's now 15:43 does it take 2hrs+ to prepare an order. I tried to call the call centre for assistance unable yo get through, tried yo use the wattsapp number provided on google what a waste of time. Its our anniversary and I planned to cook a nice meal before my fiance comes from work but due to the lack of the online order service my plans now falls through. What happened to you "60 minute" rule. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND SURELY WONT ORDER FROM YOUR STORE AGAIN!!!!
