Online order

I am very upset/angry/disappointed in the service I have received from you guys yesterday I did a online order ( alcohol) and I received half of my order and the delivery guy said to contact customer service all they said was to go to the bank with a reference number to retrieve the money why should we now use our time to go to the bank where they can just refund me .they didn't even try to contact me Saying they were out of stock on the order wanted if I would like to choose something else nothing like that. what type of service is this I usually use pick n pay for orders and I feel like I should change my store! we were planning on having a few drinks for a getaway celebration and we couldn't even enjoy that because of this I am extremely disappointed. This is the worst possible and I will make sure everybody knows this as I am in customer service myself!
