online order ***8 dd 10/1/2023.

I placed an online order on 10 Jan 2023. I questioned the amount as what was deducted from my back account is more than the invoice that came with the goods. I have now sent mails at least twice a week and all I get is that we have referred your query to the store to get in touch with you. I eventually asked for the store tel number to phone them myself to resolve this, but they do not answer. I sent another mail to customer care advising that I cannot get hold of the store, but still no luck from anybody. I either need a refund for the difference or the amount must be added to my smartshopper.
