Online order

frustrated by the service I received from Pick n pay asap... I made an online order and wrong order was delivered... And to return the order and get my order is a nightmare. At some point the agent whom I spoke to asked if I'm able to return the order to the store, like what's the point of shopping online if u still have to go to the store ... Also I had to go the store and buy the same products again...
