Online order

<p>I love pick n pay and shop mostly at hyde park corner.</p> <p>I ordered yesterday morning online and i have done so with no problems plently of times. </p> <p> <br />Today I get called about an hour before my delivery slot and get told that due to a bank error my payment was declined and so my order has been cancelled!! So to be fair I do understand that sometimes these happen but why can't you guys give us a chance to either log in within a certain time frame to authorise the payment again and maybe just making the delivery slot a bit later for the same day or something like that instead of just cancelling and now having to book another delivery slot which is only available on Tuesday and today is Saturday!! </p> <p> <br />There is a good reason why I use online shopping and now its a big inconvenience. I know it wasn't my card details that were entered wrong because I have done that before and it won't process the order. </p> <p> </p> <p>It actually doesn't matter what happened, there should be proper systems in place for events like this. </p> <p>Now i cant get to the shops so what must must i do now! thanks alot pick n pay, i am now scared to use your so called convenient service in the future!!!</p> <p> </p>
