To whom it may concern

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Pick and Pay online shopping. I placed an order online and paid in full for the order. Only to receive one item short. Without being notified that there was no stock. What is even more disappointing the gentleman at Pick and Pay Victoria Centre Pietermaritzburg who handles the online purchases insisted that I was not charged for the item I did not receive even though I paid for the item. So in theory Pick and Pay ****** me didn't even offer a refund to me. Disgusting service you should be ashamed of the way you deal with customers

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.

Kindly note that payment for an Online order is only deducted when the actual order is being picked and not at the time of the order being placed.

Items listed as not supp**** on your final invoice are items that have not been charged for.

Due to the fact that we carefully choose your goods in store, we may occasionally run out of stock before we can update our stock availability on the Websites.

We endeavor to keep this to a minimum, but provide the facility for you to select different 'substitution' options in the event that we are unable to fulfill your original request.
