ONLINE LAIRS

PNP online deserve a -0 star of the service I received. So on black Friday weekend I ordered a few items, I scheduled a delivery date and time as per the options I had and Monday the 28th of November 2022 between 09:00-13:00 suited me perfectly, my order arrived and I was ****ed to see that my Gazebo, few deodorants and chocolates was not delivered but it was part of my order and it was in stock when my order was placed. So I went back to check online if the Gazebo was out of stock cause that was my whole reason the ordered in the first plac and guess what it is still in stock at a higher price obviously. So I called the customer service and explained myself to the lady and the explanation I got is that orders get hand picked the day before delivery. And I'm sorry that's absolutely bull**** and very misleading to give customers the impression that they will receive all the ordered items and only receive half of it, before this incident I use to love and recommend PNP but that's all out the window now because you are LAIRS!!!!! I'll never make you of your service again!!!!!!!!!!!!
