Online food order canceled with out contact

Pnp online shopping via stellenbosch is the WORST! did an order for Thursday morning, they a moved the delivery time a couple of times they then decided to cancel my order as they "couldn't find the place" yet no one even attempted to call me , I'm pretty sure that's why we put our contact details in the order.. well after canceling my groceries I have yet to receive my refund. Which is honestly ridiculous! not everyone has unlimited funds for food and like most people I budget. Very disappointing service Pick n pay. Also update your questions and answers as there is absolutely no information in there to help a person and the contact number provided on the page unfortunately doesn't work .......
