Online Delivery does not work at all

The online delivery service is absolutely shocking: - the order was not delivered during the selected time slot but a day later with no notification - All frozen food ordered arrived thawed, packed with no ice at all - Items are not packed but loose in cooler boxes one has to unpack themselves - Random items are missing with no notification at all - The driver does not even carry a pen to sign for the order
