ONLINE Customer care service doesn't work

Lost my smartshopper card, tried to call customer care and it just cuts off, tried to email from their site and it gives an error.I was in store and took a new card that they keep on display.

Now I have to go all the way to a store to sort this out.

It's very inconvenient in an age where everything online.
